1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "raja5d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the raja5d online gaming platform operated under international gaming license and serving the Indonesian market.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the raja5d platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account established by a Player upon successful registration with raja5d.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the raja5d website accessible at https://raja5d.cam and any associated mobile applications or software.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by raja5d including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery games, and any other gambling or gaming activities available on the Platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their raja5d Account for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's raja5d Account balance back to the Player's designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by raja5d to Players.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register for and use raja5d:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and while accessing our Services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You must register in your own name and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from raja5d or any other online gaming platform for fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or problem gambling behaviors.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account with raja5d, you must complete our registration form providing the following accurate information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address for account verification and communications
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Date of birth proving you are at least 21 years of age
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Username and secure password for account access

You are permitted to hold only one Account with raja5d. Opening multiple accounts (known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

raja5d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include:

• Government-Issued ID: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face to prevent identity theft.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshots or photos of bank cards, e-wallet accounts, or bank account details used for deposits showing your name and partial account numbers.

Verification typically processes within 1-24 hours. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and funds being held until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

raja5d supports the following Indonesian payment methods for deposits:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Deposits are generally instant for e-wallets and bank transfers, though bank processing times may vary.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or returned. raja5d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with approved KYC documents.
• You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000; maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts.
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
• You may be required to wager (turnover) your deposit at least once before withdrawing to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

raja5d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. VIP members benefit from priority processing with average withdrawal times under 1 hour. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on raja5d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If you attempt to deposit from a foreign currency account, your bank will apply their exchange rate and fees, which may result in less IDR being credited than you intended to deposit.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

raja5d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering (turnover) requirements ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 to Rp 100,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration Periods: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within specified timeframes (typically 7-30 days) or the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified.

raja5d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or colluding with other players, will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and account closure.

4.2 VIP and Loyalty Program

Our VIP loyalty program rewards active players with tiered benefits based on monthly turnover. VIP tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond (invitation only). Benefits increase with tier level and include weekly cashback (0.3% to 1.2%+), faster withdrawals, birthday bonuses, dedicated account managers, higher betting limits, and exclusive tournament access. VIP status is recalculated monthly based on the previous month's turnover.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

raja5d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming:

• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.

6. Rules of Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets placed on raja5d are governed by the specific rules of each game or sport as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute, the decision of raja5d management is final and binding. We reserve the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or refuse service if we detect:

• Technical errors or obvious mistakes in odds, lines, or game outcomes
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Insider information being used to gain unfair advantage
• Match-fixing or corruption in sporting events

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports:

• All bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically voided unless more than 90% of scheduled play is completed.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real-time; bets are accepted or rejected within seconds.
• Asian Handicap (voor) and Over/Under markets are settled based on final full-time scores.
• Parlay (mix parlay) bets require all selections to win; one losing selection loses the entire bet.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

For live casino games and slot games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers for fairness.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.
• Disconnections during play: For live casino, the round continues and settles based on the dealt hand. For slots, the round completes automatically and results are recorded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or closure, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons

• Depositing funds from third-party accounts not in your name
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after gambling with deposited funds
• Money laundering or using raja5d to transfer funds illegally
• Hacking, attacking, or attempting to compromise the Platform's security
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Using insider information or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Providing false information during registration or verification

8. Limitations of Liability

raja5d operates the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and flawless operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. raja5d is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Errors or delays in payment processing by third-party banks or e-wallet providers
• Losses resulting from events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, wars, or force majeure events
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform
• Disputes with third-party game providers regarding game outcomes

Your use of raja5d is at your own risk. Gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose. raja5d's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

raja5d collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage. Your information is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and improving our services. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the raja5d Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks are the property of raja5d or our licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and account termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your raja5d Account or any transaction, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours for most issues, though complex cases may require up to 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the dispute to our management team. All decisions made by raja5d management regarding rule interpretations, bet settlements, and account actions are final and binding.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. By using raja5d, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our licensing jurisdiction for any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Amendments to Terms

raja5d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must close your Account and cease using our services.

14. Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or adjustments. We reserve the right to close Accounts that have been inactive (no deposits or bets) for 12 consecutive months, with advance notice sent to the registered email address.

raja5d reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or any other reason we deem appropriate. In such cases, we will provide notice and explanation where legally permitted.
